You'll pass by a sort of door like object near a waterfall, but ignore it for now and follow the path east until you find a weird object to the north at a dead end. When you're ready, use the Flight Circle nearby and head west, following the path.

Once you regain control, use either Goku or Vegeta for this part, it doesn't matter. Afterwards, you'll get a new Journal Entry to find the others and rescue them.
